I am having this same exact issue...Sad that there appears to not be any other responses.

This functionality is very helpful for longer Notebooks to help with navigation and with it being broken, it is disappointing. Is there a workaround or fix? Is this issue related to the new way links are opened (the now open in the default browser...)?

Can someone from Esri please respond? Thanks.

Hi everyone,

I've recently upgraded to ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0, and now hyperlinks in Notebooks no longer work.

I get this error message pop up

I've double checked my syntax, [Q1: Administrative Boundaries](#Q1:-Adminstrative-Boundaries) 👌🏻, and have open old Notebooks that I know had working hyperlinks. But alas, they're now all broken 😢. Is this an ArcGIS Pro 3.2.0 bug or is there some setting I've forgotten I need to change following a software update?

TIA for your comments.
