I'm setting up a script to publish feature services using the code sample here:

https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/arcpy/sharing/featuresharingdraft-class.htm#C_GUID-4EAB8A36-C06E-488C-8F0F-AC32014A3716

I'm losing my symbology upon publishing since I'm basing it on two text fields, so it can only be preserved by publishing as web symbols (done manually in Pro, the parameter is called "Use symbol types compatible with all clients"). In what step of publishing from a service definition file can I apply this?
