I am running into issue with the ExportMetadata_conversion. At this time, we are currently on version 2.7.18 and I trying to get an output file from the function, but the xml file is never created. Has anyone run into this issue.

I am using the arcpy library in my python script and noticed it. My workstation may not be configured correctly, possibly.
