    <description>&lt;P&gt;Gonna be hard seeing as how you need the arcpy conda environment and arcpy functionality is tied to an active arc license that it pulls from an ArcPro install.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You might be able to hack it with an offline license file that locks up one of your licenses.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
