Is there any way through using (Python Script) to change the table that I inserted in the layout automatically when i change the query for a layer?

I have a layer in the TOC, with a query on a field. Then in layout view, I insert the table to the layout.

When I change the query the table does not update automatically. Then I double click on the table, and now it is changed manually .

My question is :

Is there any way through using (Python Script) to change the table that I inserted in the layout automatically when i change the query for a layer? I am using ArcMap 10.8

The help page I pointed you to in your cross post explains the adding of a table to layout is a one-time step and you can't update it. Table Frames are much improved in ArcPro,
