Publish 3D layer

Hello all

We are trying to publish a 3D layer.

In Pro we have a scene with 3D layer (layer that is displayed by his Z values).

In Pro we can right click on the layer and publish it as web layer. The data is in enterprise geodatabase that is register in the server.

The result are 3 items: Map Image, Feature layer and Scene layer. The scene layer is marked as hosted but it really looks on the real data.

Now we try to do the same operation in arcpy.

We tried first the first example in Upload Service definition just to create simple map image but got the 9999 error.

Is it possible to do it in python and how?
