In Pro it is "pinned" and can only be upgraded in a clone via a conda command line. I suspect that applies to agol. Pro's Beta is only using pandas 1.3,5 so 1.4 isn't on the horizon I suspect when Pro 3 rolls out around UC.

ArcGIS Online Jupyter notebooks use Pandas v.1.2.3 - when can we expect the environment to be updated to make use of the latest version of Pandas? There are quite a lot of new features introduced since 1.2 and the current release is 1.4.2.

In ArcPro I know the notebook environment can be edited, but is there any way of doing this on ArcGIS Online, or do we have to wait for ESRI to upgrade the available packages ?
