Error messages - ERROR 000865: Input raster or constant value 2: 3.2808 does not exist.

Hello,

I've been trying to use the tool Spread-GIS (Sarah Elizabeth Reed - Smith Conservation Research Fellow - Colorado State University ) but I keep getting the error00865.

ExecuteError: Failed to execute. Parameters are not valid.
ERROR 000865: Input raster or constant value 2: 3.2808 does not exist.
Failed to execute (Times).

I'm using the data that was given with the tool. I don't really know what's going on.

I'm using ArcGIS 10.3

Any idea how to resolve that?
