      <title>read ZLAS point geometry?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone out there reading point geometry out of a zlas (lidar) dataset?&amp;nbsp; At a first glance it doesn't appear to be accessible in the same way as normal point geometry but i haven't gotten into it yet, so I'm hoping someone can give a head start!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I realize you can do this inside ArcGIS desktop, but as this is the Python section, I assumed that my question would be taken in a pythonic context, but perhaps not, so I'll restate it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone out there &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;using python&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; to read raw geometry from &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;zlas&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;?&amp;nbsp; I see liblas and laspy out in the wild, but I've not used them yet.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm used to ripping through txt files were I can access x, y, z row by row...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
