Arcpy OD Matrix error result whit multiple parameter

Hi guys,

i'm developing a python script tjhat use a OD Matrix tool.

The ArcGIS Help say that is possible to use a cutoff value and number destination as parameter.

Now if i set 20Km and 5 destination, the result it's all destination including into 20Km but don't use the 5 destination as second parameter.

My question is:

if a use a cutoff i can not set number destination? Reading the documentation I thought I could use both , so the first 5 results in the radius of 20 km, but my result it's not this.

Any help?
