I have 10.0 but this is where I loaded my PythonWin. C:\Python26\ArcGIS10.0\Lib\site-packages You can get the PythonWin you need from here http://sourceforge.net/projects/pywin32/files/pywin32/Build%20218/. Make sure you know what bit of windows you have. For example, it is either 32 or 64 bit. The download from the source forge should take you through the steps to load it at the proper location. I don't think you'll have to change the path (don't remember exactly). Just post again if you need more help.

( see attachment )

Last time the same warning comes out, and my ArcGIS command line python become damage.
My assumption is the ArcGIS Desktop is 32 bit, ( because AGD installed in x86 folder )

So i used 'python-2.7.msi' as installer, not the 'pywin32-217.zip'.
Could you give me suggestion or reference ?
There is no clear guide for this.

Actualy, Mrs. Couden. It looks like you need to direct it into that folder I mentioned before. It should go in the site packages folder. Yeah, you need to know for sure if have 32 or 64 bit running. It won't work right if you download the wrong python for your bit. The path I gave you to the source forge doesn't have any zip files they are all .exe that will download when you click on them. I still suggest using those .exe files on source forge.
