I'm finding examples where direction is also incorporated (e.g. 10.5 degrees N of E vs. 10.5 degrees E of N), which won't be described by a number alone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My previous request for a discussion on this issue did not work out so I will try again. Thank you to those that weighed in previously.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For the purposes of rotating a point symbol,&amp;nbsp; I am looking for a tool that will read or calculate &lt;STRONG&gt;Bearing data&lt;/STRONG&gt; of a line feature class and then insert the data into a&lt;STRONG&gt; ROTATION&lt;/STRONG&gt; field for a point feature class.
