Just some additional info. There really is no extension for an ESRI format grid so this error message is hard to understand.

You should be using Clip in the Analysis toolbox

Clip—Help | ArcGIS Desktop same in arcmap or pro

Clip in management is for grids

I see two 'clips':

Clip—Help | ArcGIS Desktop where the syntax is arcpy.Clip_analysis(.....)

and

Clip—Help | ArcGIS Desktop where the syntax is arcpy.Clip_management(.....)

Where is arcpy.Managemnet.Clip() ?

It seems they're trying to perform raster clip, so this (i.e. management clip) is the correct tool.

Yes, clip management is the right one, outrasterpath is defined below:

This is the Python command copied from an interactive process for one record that processed correctly.

from your script all I see is featureclasses, Where is the raster coming from?

Something is missing. Is the raster defined somewhere else?

can you provide what is needed for your raster clip, like... raster, outrasterpath.

raster, row[0].extent, outrasterpath + featureClass, featureClass, -3.402823e+38, "ClippingGeometry", "MAINTAIN_EXTENT"

also, you aren't specifying any file name for the raster so you will end up with esri grids which I am not sure if your nodata value minimum (-3.402823e+38) is supported... maybe check that as well

Can you double-check that you have the final slash on outrasterpath? If it's missing and not being concatenated properly, you could get an extension error:

import os
outrasterpath = r"S:/General-Offices-GO-Trans/TEST_RASTERCLIP.gdb"
featureClass = "featureClassName"
path1 = outrasterpath + featureClass
path2 = os.path.join(outrasterpath, featureClass)
print(path1)

Try printing the following in the cursor:

print(outrasterpath, featureClass, outrasterpath + featureClass)‍

If you could share the entire script, that may expose more hints, too.

Yes, using the actual pathnames gave the right results. There may still be an issue with the extent of the polygon (outrasterpath + featureClass) that is being used to clip the ESRI grid.

Here's the latest on the processing. There is a new line of code that captures the map extent of each:

However, the following error is coming up after running the arcpy.management.Clip command.
