    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to use PortalPy to automate some admin tasks in our Portal v10.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a sample code out there that I can use to key in proxy address?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems if I just use the code in the samples I get error like "request was refused".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
