If you copy the script tool without copying and resourcing the script then both tools will point to the same business logic. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <title>Edits both original and new tool somehow?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I copied a custom python tool and pasted (with new name) into same toolbox. When editing the new tool, it appears to edit the original. Is this normal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
