There are plenty of tools for that such as the CSV module.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There are plenty of other issues with Windows XY events when trying to write it out to a featureclass.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
