      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Sure you can call the REST endpoint using the urllib and urllib2 libraries in python, but it seems overkill.&amp;nbsp; Why not just use the ArcToolbox tools to do what you need?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
