      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, I need help with this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Build a custom tool, to use inside ArcGIS, to complete the task in Scripting Project Five. The tool should be capable of being added to a custom toolbar. It should be fully completed including directions and tool tips.&lt;BR /&gt;Add the tool to your ArcGIS GUI. Include a copy of the tool and a screenshot of the customized button in your altered GUI and toolbox as the deliverables.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The data files are the same as those used for Scripting Project Five (attached)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;This sounds like homework, which isn't a problem, but it's important that you mention what you've tried, what doesn't work, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, sounds like you could look into a &lt;A href="http://desktop.arcgis.com/en/arcmap/latest/analyze/python-addins/creating-an-add-in-tool.htm"&gt;python add-in&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;There's a sample there that could get you started.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
