      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Python toolboxes behave very similar to ICommands in terms of what is available to you in the interface that tbx files do not give you (i.e. value table inputs, isLicensed property).&amp;nbsp; If the reason you want to do this is to get full access to ArcObjects you are probably better off developing in .NET. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
