ArcGIS Pro - Conda Package Builder only packaging Info folder without Lib Folder

I am trying to build a conda package in ArcGIS Pro conda environment with source code on the same machine. it is building the tar.bz2 file. Once I install the package, it only shows the Info folder in pkgs without the Lib folder. Also, the source code is getting copied to the recipe folder.

I am creating the package with valid meta.yaml file. What could be the issue?
