    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just tried installing Pandas from &lt;A href="https://community.esri.com/" title="[3.2&amp;nbsp;MB] [Python 2.7] [32 bit] [Jul 11, 2014]"&gt;pandas‑0.14.1.win32‑py2.7.exe&lt;/A&gt;. It shows in: C:\Python27\ArcGIS10.2\Lib\site-packages\pandas&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When importing I get a &lt;SPAN&gt;numpy&lt;/SPAN&gt; error:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="mso-no-proof:yes;"&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="3807" border="0" height="281" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/3807_image001.png" width="620" /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
