Do you mean that you have highlighted them in the table of contents or that there are features selected in the layers in the data frame?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hmm with python I dont think so. Perhaps with ArcObjects. You may want to ask those folks if they know a way. Or you could make a list of the feature classes and input for the tool. So you have to put in which ones you want at tool run time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
