      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have city Polygon shape file and I have excel file. In the excel file I have City ID and Agency Id. I would like to create point shale file defend on agency ID with in City Polygon Shape file but I don’t have geometry for Point.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Raj P&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
