provide ability to rename attribute domain's name in arcpy

All of the Domain's object properties are read only. I cannot rename Domain's name because it is not writable. In some cases (especially after exporting a feature layer to a file geodatabse) all the attribute domains name contains the feature layer ID so that would be great if we can assign new domain value to domina.name. Please see attached.

Have you tried the Alter Domain tool? https://pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/latest/tool-reference/data-management/alter-domain.htm

Great! I'll mark this as already offered by using the Alter Domain tool. I realize that it isn't the same as making the Name property writable, but accomplishes the goal.
