topic Add-in development in python environment with Arcmap 10.8 in Python AddIns Questions

Hello

I have an add-in project, friends, I did some research, I will write add-in on python for the first time. The problem is that first of all, I found 3 different environments for the working environment. I am currently developing with PyScripter. I am having problems importing arcpy and pythonaddins here, so the addins I wrote do not work. I would like some help on this matter. Another problem I have is that we can create a column and put a button on the windowsform in the .Net environment, that is, in the dockeblwindow environment, and make a design. In the same way, I could not find many examples of whether there is such an environment in python or if it can be done.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
