I do not want to clip and republish my layers in a separate feature service. Is it possible to use a layer as a masking tape to hide all the layers underneath this mask, such that the users are not able to turn off this layer. And I want this to work in Field Maps.</P><P>I tried to set a layer as "destination atop" from Appearance &gt; Blending.
