WFS GetCapabilities returns blank page when accessed through load balancer

Hi,

In an ArcGIS Enterprise 10.9.1 environment with High Availability, we are not able to retrieve the WFS GetCapabilities from a service when accessing the service through the load balancer, we receive a blank page as response. The load balancer is configured to access two ArcGIS Server.

Here is the url sample for the load balancer : : https://loadbalancer:6443/arcgis/services/TEST_WFS/MapServer/WFSServer?SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

When requesting the WFS GetCapabilities directly from one of the ArcGIS Server, we get the correct xml response : https://agserver1:6443/arcgis/services/TEST_WFS/MapServer/WFSServer?SERVICE=WFS&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

The load balancer is the federated server configured in the Portal.

Do we have to configure something on the load balancer in order to get access to the WFS GetCapabilities ? Or on the Portal/Server configuration ?
