      <title>Unable to Install Operations Dashboard</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Original User: megan.foster&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have peeled through these threads and have found many people who are having trouble with uninstall/re-install but it seems I am having the same issue on the first attempt of downloading the operations dashboard. Just to try it I cleared my App data 2.0 folder but the result is still the same. I have looked into the system requirements and am trying to dowload the dashboard using this link &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ba47e0bf6cb84a6e9f77e9caf86b88eb"&gt;http://www.arcgis.com/home/item.html?id=ba47e0bf6cb84a6e9f77e9caf86b88eb&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When it opens I am getting an error message that says: [ATTACH=CONFIG]32251[/ATTACH]&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am at a loss for why this is not downloading.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Original User: seferg&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi Tif - &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm attaching my text log as well... having the exact same issues with the install.&amp;nbsp; The install runs until about 99% completion then bombs out with the same error message to contact the application vendor.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;thanks,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Scott&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
