Routing/navigation software recommendations?

Does anyone have any recommendations for routing/navigation software or applications that would assist in the routing of public safety personnel (police & fire) assigned a call? I've been asked to pose the question to the GIS community to see if anyone has good experience with a specific product. We're exploring options at the moment.

Take a look at ArcGIS Navigator.

They allow for premium maps and you can include custom roads and other locations too.

ESRI also provides other solutions that integrate nicely with navigator.

There are other solutions that you integrate easily.

Take a look at this presentation to get an idea: 2018 ArcGIS Apps for the Mobile Worker - Esri Canada

These are probably your best bet if you are a small agency.

There are also other competitor products out there for dispatch and routing but I would not recommend here.
