I'm new to arcgis and was having some trouble trying to import some socrata data.

Aside from parsing the string into xy coordiates, is there a tool or option to allow the use of a socrata point data type?

Point Datatype | Socrata

I'm trying to import a csv file into arcmap. there are also xy coordinates but im not familiar with which one they are. I think its WGS 1984 UTM Zone 11S, but arcmap has WGS 1984 UTM Zone 11N. The link below shows the dataset and the file type.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police calls for service | Las Vegas | OpenData

Thanks ahead of time.
