MapSAR will not work with ArcGIS 10.1

It was brought to out attention yesterday that when you install MapSAR on a computer running ArcGIS 10.1, this error message will appear:

[ATTACH=CONFIG]17050[/ATTACH]

It was caused by the Add-ins that were compiled to work in version 10.0. A new installation file will be forthcoming soon that will allow MapSAR to work in version 10.1

MapSAR_Ex currently works in both 10.0 and 10.1.

It does not work with ArcMap 10.0 right now. I get the same error as the screen shot. Downloaded it today.

I'm having trouble getting MapSAR to load on ArcGIS 10.1 for Windows 7 (64bit). I'm getting the following errors (see attached images) when loading the '~LoadMapSARTools_Win7' batch file with the 'Run as Admin.' option. Any ideas?

You are not doing anything wrong. The errors are indicating that installer is looking for files compiled for version ArcGIS 10.0.
Everyone will have to wait until the MapSAR is updated for ArcGIS 10.1.

You can now download MapSAR that runs in version 10.1. After submitting the request form in MapSAR.net you will be given a choice which version to download. There are some very good enhancements included in the 10.1 version. The E-books are being updated to reflect the changes.

The final revised version of MapSAR for ArcGIS 10.1 is now avaialble for download from:

Just submit the request form and choose version 10.1. It contains several new enhancements including the "Make Map" button (my favorite). This will be the last MapSAR update that is compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 10.1. There will be no MapSAR 10.2 versions until a known bug in ArcGIS Desktop 10.2 is fixed..
