This worked great for me.

I have an Insta360 ONE X2 and used the Insta360 Studio desktop app to export the 360 photo as a jpg. I then used to ArcGIS Pro 3.2 to run the Create Oriented Imagery Dataset tool then ran Add Images to Oriented Imagery Dataset.

The camera heading attribute field was not populated by the tool. I edited table and changed the empty value to a 1. I used this value bc I saw it referenced in the ArcGIS Pro documentation.

Greetings all, I am trying to use 360 images that are .insp format. Anyone had luck with these and using in ArcGIS Online, or importing/converting to Geotiff?

INSP files are Insta360 Photo files, which is a proprietary format. To use these photos, you'd want to use Insta360 Studio to export these to another format, such as .jpg.

GeoTiff wouldn't be appropriate for this case, since its purpose is more for georeferencing aerial/satellite imagery.

Once these photos are converted, you can use them as Oriented Imagery, using GeoTagged Photos to Points, etc. They should be geotagged with the appropriate coordinates.
