Sometimes the publication works fine, other times I get the error: "<STRONG>Please check with your portal administrator and make sure the security policy is set to allow access to the portal through HTTPS only</STRONG>". Same OIC gets published, but 2 minutes later it fails with this error. And like this, all day long, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
