Oriented Imagery Catalog using FeatureServiceWithAttachments as input

In lieu of using an AWS bucket (because: security ICT), I was attempting to load some sample images with the ManageOrientedImagery.pyt using the input type = FeatureServiceWithAttachments.

I get this error : Error in adding attachments.'FeatureServiceURL'.
From Log XML: <text>Error in adding attachments.'FeatureServiceURL'</text>

I have tried these in the Parameter dialog.

Capabilities: Create,Editing,Uploads,Query,Update,Delete,Extract. & attachments enabled,

Anyone else successfully loaded images in this way?

Note - I can load these in using the Image List option OK & nothing extra in OrientedImageryCatalogManagement_UserGuide.pdf from here that I can see either.
