Mapillary Oriented Imagery Catelog

I've downloaded both the Mapillary and Oriented Imagery Add-ins for ArcGIS Pro (I'm currently running Pro 3.1.3). When I click on the Turn On Add-in button on the Mapillary ribbon, nothing happens. When I search for the mapillary Oriented Imagery Catelog in ArcGIS Online and try to add it to a map I receive an error: Error downloading OIC Item. Can someone please explain how I can view Mapillary data in ArcGIS Pro?
