"CamHeading" was not calculated during import, so I have attempted to use the "Calculate Heading" tool to fix this. So far I have had mixed results over several attempts. The best I have gotten so far is headings sporadically throughout the dataset. I have tried to figure out if there is a rhyme or reason as to why some headings were calculated vs when they are not, but I do not see a pattern.
