Can't see any usage data

We are using Leaflet with the leaflet-providers plugin and using Esri as a provider, with an API key (the default API key) we got by registering a developer account at https://developers.arcgis.com/

We have started using it in production in one of our websites, and I want to see how many tiles we are requesting to estimate how much it's going to cost if we use it on all our websites. By the pricing information and my usage estimates it seems like our usage is going to stay below the free tier but I'm not entirely sure.

So I went to Dashboard -> API Keys -> Default API key -> Usage but all I get is an empty page that says "insufficient data to graph". We are doing roughly about 1,000 map views per day (and it's working), so I'd say that should be more than sufficient data to graph.

What am I missing?

When I do the exact same thing with Jawg.io, I just go to my account's dashboard and immediately find lots of detailed graphs with the usage even broken down by origin. Why is it so complicated with Esri?

I double-checked my account, and here is the dashboard for the API Key I'm using on a website I run (https://latlonlocate.com/) :

As you can see there, this page gets very little traffic but I'm still seeing the daily stats. If your site is getting 1000 views per day I would expect you to see a graph like this too.

Given all that, I would suggest that you first double-check that the API Key that you are using on your site is the one for which you're checking the dashboard. Go to your site and find the API Key you're using. Then go to https://developers.arcgis.com/api-keys and find the entry for that API Key - you might not be using "Default API Key."

Yes it is, I double checked, and it's the only API key that I have. If I was using any other API key (which does not exist) it would either not be working, or it would mean that it can work with any random string.

I tried that and can't seem to figure out how to contact them other than by phone. (Which is why I ended up writing here).

I followed that "Request permissions" link but I can't even understand what that's about.

It says I need to "connect to my organization" which seems to involve asking my organization for permissions for something. I created this account on behalf of my organization. I thought I would just start trying it out with the free tier and then ask my boss to enter credit card information and upgrade to a paid plan when we are ready to go into production (assuming we can figure out the price which doesn't seem to be an easy task).
