    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you do a full install? It defaults to all extensions I think.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last time I looked, OSM gave you the opportunity to download the data as shapefiles. The ArcGIS Administrator program said that extension is authorized but not installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
