    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;IMHO - If you register for another course with your GIS professor you might get 10.2. like yourself that scenario is coming soon.&amp;nbsp; My initial research on here and BEST so far is to pay for the 100 dollar at home license that ESRI is offering.&amp;nbsp; A fees issue though I'm waiting to see further explanation as to tiles sizes and additional add on fees.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Congrats... Welcome to the GIS world... Mentor and keep learning...
