I recently had a hard drive crash on my laptop and switched to a newer model. I was able to preserve all of my files, but no downloaded programs were able to be transferred.</P><P></P><P>What steps should I take to redownload the software onto my laptop? I already used the download code, so I fear that the website won't allow me to download the software to multiple devices.
