The book comes with a code that allows you to download a 90-day version of ArcGIS with an ArcInfo license. If you're doing the book with an ArcView or ArcEditor license instead, you have to work around the ArcInfo functionality. Go the book's </SPAN><A href="http://resources.arcgis.com/Understanding-GIS">resource page</A><SPAN> and click the Using ArcView link under Book Resources.
