    <description>As a former professional geologist, but still a lifelong geologist I will say:&lt;BR /&gt;It all depends on the geology of the study area. The first thing I would do is overlay your area with a geology map. Sometimes your state geological society will have the best map. Once you have that you can see which areas have distinctive feature.
