      <title>Unable to download software from MyESRI new site.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having this issue today? We have downloaded a lot of software from the old my.esri pages in the past, but the new website leads me to this page "{"success":false}"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried multiple browsers, incognito, cleared cache, different laptops...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a ticket open&lt;/P&gt;</description>
