      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Actually it is better to check the Licensing pane and see if there is a license available:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG class="image-1 jive-image" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/419004_pastedImage_1.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be best&amp;nbsp; to contact the administrator of your licenses who will have access to my.esri.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It you are using ArcGIS Pro and your licenses are managed through your ArcGIS Online Portal or ArcGIS Enterprise Portal, you will have to talk to the administrator of the portal to see if a license can be assigned to your named user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

I don't have the top line options, just the ability to download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="" class="image-1 jive-image j-img-original" src="https://community.esri.com/legacyfs/online/419010_zz.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is nothing really under licensing except reference to legacy software and the developer and arcsde registration.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
