For instance of we have a group like this; Continent: Africa, Europe,&nbsp;Asia . Country: Nigeria, Ghana,Kenya, Egypt, Germany,Italy, Albania, Japan, China, Indonesia. By selecting Africa in that continent category, automatically gives you only options of country that belongs to that continent.
