Calculate Field Tool Randomly Failing in ModelBuilder, Not Recognizing Fields in Table

Hi everyone, I have a sequence in ModelBuilder that is randomly giving me issues. I begin with a feature class stored within my geodatabase, then use the Summary Statistics tool to create a sumstat table. After that, I apply a series of select layer by attribute and then calculate field tools. Randomly, after two of the select layer by attribute/calculate field tool series, the calculate field tool no longer recognizes any fields in the sumstat table and the whole model fails. Nothing changes in the sequences and previous calculate field tools all recognize the fields within the table. Additionally, when I inspect the table right before this calculate field tool with the select attribute by layer tool applied, all fields appear and the table looks how it should. I've attached some pictures below to add more context. Oddly enough, I run the same series of tools to create a different sumstat table with a different feature class and it runs perfectly fine there. What might be the issue here?

Try adding a new Calculate Field tool to the model, and replacing the one that is causing the error
