Model Builder: Iterate append of different file names

Hi,

I have a need to mass upload data. Below are the details.

10 shapefiles of different names in each folder
Many folders; each folder having the same shapefiles with the same names but different data
Upload all these data to feature classes bearing the same name

So far, I only know how to mass upload each shapefile by individually indicating the name using Model Builder: the Feature Class Iterator & using the Append tool (attached).

Initially I was thinking of having 10 iterator's indicating each shapefiles' name so that all ten shapefiles in all folders can be uploaded at the same time in one model. But only one iterator can be used in the model.

Is there alternative ways to complete this process at one go?

I am using ArcGIS 10.2.2.

Hi,

Found a solution to the problem. I can save each of these models separately, and add the model individual to a new master model.
