There was a problem in input datasets. In exercise:Explore an existing model, Parcels and gMain feature classes didn't work. While I was trying to connect the gMain as an input feature, it has only option of Selecting Features. Instead, School has both options of Selecting Features and Input Features. Also, it doesn't allow me to run the model. Says 'invalid data'.
