ArcGIS Pro 3.0.2: Having a rename option when right clicking the model,

It would be great if the ArcGIS Pro is enhanced by having rename option when right clicking the model

I’m aware of that renaming the model can be performed by right clicking and going to properties (2nd screenshot) or by soft clicking the name (3rd screenshot)

Hi Jamal,

Thanks for your suggestion! We have this under consideration in our product plan. I agree, that Rename on the context menu would be good.

We do allow the edit in place, so if you click on the name of the model in the catalog, it will allow you to go in the rename mode. The caveat is that the model should not be in the edit mode. If you are editing the model, we block the rename and force you to go through model properties to avoid in-sync errors. None-the-less an explicit Rename with enabled/disabled state would add value.
