    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It would be great if the Validation button would catch more outstanding issues such as read access, locking on tables/layers and overwrite issues when you use it before running a model. It seems like so many times tools will fail in the middle of a long model due to any number of the these reasons and this could easily have been caught pre-run using the validation.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
